These meditations are designed using techniques inspired by parts work integration, cognitive therapy, somatic experiencing, positive psychology, attachment theory, and narrative psychology to help you shift the beliefs, narratives, and patterns that shape the way you think, feel, and behave.
Your thoughts, feelings, and actions all work together to create your reality and influence what you experience in your relationships. Through supportive guided meditations, you begin practicing new emotional and mental patterns that help you feel safer, calmer, and more secure with yourself and others.
With repetition and consistency, guided meditations are scientifically shown to help reshape neural pathways, regulate the nervous system, and transform the way we think, feel, and behave over time.
For me personally, this work became life changing!!
I used to be my own worst critic. The way I spoke to myself, treated myself, and viewed myself deeply affected how I operated in romantic relationships and what I expected from others. We often tolerate what feels familiar, even when it hurts us, because it’s what we’re accustomed to.
Listening to guided meditations honestly became one of the few self-development tools I was able to stay truly consistent with over the years of healing work. Not only were they effective, they were enjoyable, soothing, and easy to incorporate into daily life.
That’s why I wanted to create a library focused specifically on meditations for the attachment styles.
Because healing should feel accessible—Something you can turn on while driving, laying in bed, walking, regulating after a trigger, or reconnecting with yourself after a hard day.
This library is filled with meditations you can return to whenever you need support. While they may soothe you in the moment, the real magic happens through consistency. Over time, they begin to shift the way you think, which then changes your relationship with yourself and others.
It’s such a beautiful, gentle shortcut to help rewire the nervous system toward healing, security, self-trust, and healthier love.
